Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use RapidSkill, including accounts, courses, payments, AI features and career services.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of rapidskill.in and the services offered through it ("RapidSkill", "the platform"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use RapidSkill.

2. Eligibility

You may use RapidSkill only if you are able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you are not, you may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. User Responsibilities

When you use RapidSkill you agree to:

  • use the platform lawfully and for its intended purpose of learning and career development;
  • keep one account for your own personal use and not share your sign-in details;
  • provide truthful information in your profile and in job applications;
  • respect other users, instructors and employers.

5. Courses and Educational Content

Courses, lessons, videos and resources are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. Access to a course is granted to the account that enrolled in or purchased it. Some courses have a limited number of places, and enrolment closes once they are filled.

Where a plan or course is described as including "lifetime access", this means your access to purchased content does not expire after a fixed period: it continues for as long as that content remains available on RapidSkill and your account is in good standing. It is not a promise that any particular course will be offered indefinitely.

We may update, reorganise or retire courses and content over time. Where a course offers a certificate, it is issued according to the completion requirements of that course. A certificate records that you completed a RapidSkill course; it is not an academic degree or a professional licence.

6. AI Features

RapidSkill offers AI features such as AI Notes. Output is generated automatically from the information you provide and may contain mistakes or omissions. Treat it as a study aid, check anything important against reliable sources, and do not rely on it as professional advice.

AI features may consume credits. If an AI Notes request fails to generate, the credits used for that request are returned to your account automatically.

7. User-Submitted Content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as your profile information, resume, cover letters and the text you enter into AI features. You give RapidSkill permission to store and process that content as needed to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to share.

8. Job and Career Features

RapidSkill lists job opportunities and lets you apply to them. Some listings direct you to an external website to apply; your dealings with that website are between you and its operator.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, placement or employment, and we are not a party to any hiring decision or employment relationship. We aim to keep listings accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every listing remains available.

9. Payments and Purchases

Prices are shown on the Pricing page and on course pages at the time of purchase. Plans and courses are sold as one-time payments, not subscriptions.

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, and your use of its checkout is also subject to its terms. A purchase is complete once the payment has been confirmed to us; access or credits are then added to your account. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

These terms do not set out a separate refund policy. Where a refund or money-back offer is shown on the Pricing page or at checkout at the time of your purchase, that offer, on the conditions stated with it, applies to that purchase.

Refunds are not issued automatically by the platform. A refund under such an offer has to be requested, and each request is reviewed before a refund is made. Requests, and reports of a payment that was taken without the purchase appearing in your account, can be raised through the support options described in the Contact section below. Please include the email address on your account and your order details.

If a payment fails or is cancelled at checkout, your purchase is not completed. Whether and when an amount that was deducted is returned in that situation is determined by your bank or payment provider, not by RapidSkill.

11. Intellectual Property

The RapidSkill name, logo, website, software, courses, videos and other materials are owned by RapidSkill or its content providers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly share course content or other platform materials without permission.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • share, sell or transfer your account or paid access to someone else;
  • download, scrape or redistribute course content, videos or job listings in bulk;
  • attempt to access content, accounts or systems you are not authorised to access;
  • interfere with the platform, bypass its security or payment controls, or overload it;
  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including in job applications;
  • use the platform to harass others or to do anything unlawful.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts the platform or other users at risk. You may stop using RapidSkill at any time and may ask us to close your account.

14. Third-Party Services

RapidSkill relies on third-party services, including a payment processor, and links to external websites such as employer application pages. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of services we do not operate, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

15. Disclaimers

RapidSkill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the platform accurate, available and secure, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will lead to any particular learning outcome, qualification, job or income.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RapidSkill is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, opportunity or earnings. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use RapidSkill after a change means you accept the updated terms.

18. Contact

For questions about these terms, the support options currently available are listed on our Contact page.
